Writing Work
From January through June 2025, I served as a Writing Intern with VOICEINSPORT while balancing a full academic course load, collegiate softball, and leadership roles in multiple student organizations. During my internship, I produced original written content covering a variety of topics in women’s sports, including athlete stories, current events, mental health, performance, and body image. Beyond writing, I had the opportunity to connect with industry experts, mentors, and professionals through one-on-one calls and educational sessions, gaining valuable insight into careers and emerging topics across the sports industry. These conversations expanded my understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing women in sports while strengthening my skills in journalism, interviewing, research, and storytelling. This experience allowed me to combine my passion for athletics and media while learning from leaders who are making a meaningful impact in the sports world.
